Spacious room with a balcony and great view. It had air conditioning, a coffee machine, and a minibar. The bathroom was nice with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The spa facilities were a bonus too. The staff were super nice, especially Claudia, who really tried to help us out. Lots of good things to enjoy.

Such a beautiful place! The room had a stunning river view and was spacious with lovely decor. I really enjoyed having breakfast in a charming setting with a good buffet selection. Plus, the outdoor terrace was amazing for relaxing with a drink. 🥂

I was disappointed with the air conditioning, as it needed constant adjustment and troubleshooting with the staff for it to work properly. the pool was closed during our stay, which was frustrating given the hot weather we experienced. The lack of dining options on-site or nearby compounded our challenges, particularly after long days of exploring Porto.

The Double Room River View was super comfy and bright—exactly what you want after a day exploring. The bed was especially plush, and waking up to those stunning river views was just perfect. Plus, the decor had a nice touch, making it feel like a cozy retreat. The black-out curtains were a lifesaver for sleeping in. Just wish there had been a bit more fresh air—no opening windows was a bummer!

I absolutely loved the beautiful design of the room and the breathtaking river view from the balcony. I enjoyed relaxing by the lovely garden area and unwinding in the cozy lounge with a book. The only downside was a slight overuse of air fresheners in common areas that could be toned down a bit. 😊
